We are often told that life is short but the truth is life is long. . . .very long. Someone from my generation will live to be in their 90s. Individuals from my children’s generation could live to be well over 100. When you make a mistake in life, when you mistreat someone, when you deceive someone, when you hurt someone, you have to live with that action or mistake for a long long time.
Unfortunately, people will always remind you of your mistakes and you too, will constantly remind yourself of your mistakes and actions. This eventually becomes a burden in one’s life. Think before you act. Think before you hurt someone, deceive someone, cheat someone, lie to someone or bully someone.
